Export Development Financial Group (Private Joint Stock Company), National ID 10103477823, was founded on 1386/08/21 (Solar Hijri) as Safiran Export Development Investment Company (Private Joint Stock Company). Pursuant to resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meetings of 1389 and 1390/10/25 (Solar Hijri), the company was renamed first Aria Investment Development Company, then Arman Economic Strategists Group Company, and finally Export Development Financial Group. By Letter No. 122/186544 dated 1404/08/25 (Solar Hijri), the Securities and Exchange Organization issued the Group a financial institution license as a parent (holding) company under Registration No. 12493 and entered the company in its list of registered companies.
